5 year closed mortgage with a guaranteed maximum interest rate. Interest rate charged is reset annually on the anniversary date at the the prevailing 1 year closed rate. If the prevailing 1 year closed rate is greater than the capped rate, the capped rate will apply for the remainder of the term.
