to information and certain transactions.
To gain access to U-Touch
, all you need is a touch-tone telephone, your account number and an access code. The same access code can automatically be used for UCU Homebanking and UCU ATM`s. By contacting us, you can also use the same access code for other institution`s ATM`s as well as for Interac/POS transactions.

is bilingual, you can obtain information in either English or Ukrainian
- perform account inquiries
- transfer between sub-accounts
- detailed transactions or information on each sub-account (i.e. Term Deposit or RRSP certificate number, interest rates and maturity dates)
- pre-recorded prompts guide you throughout the inquiry
- the prompt can be interrupted by your input at any time
- the "#" symbol is used to repeat the last prompt or information
- you may leave a recorded message for the credit union
