UCU Corporate Management

Diane Comtois, Credit Risk, Liquidity Optimization and Data Exploration Secondment, has been with UCU since 1993. She has a strong background in all areas of financial and people management, business analysis and core business competencies. Diane manages the credit union`s credit portfolio and supervises the lending of the credit union`s lenders and branch managers.

She is directly responsible for internal control and compliance with all Financial Services Commission of Ontario regulatory credit by-laws as well as the Deposit Insurance Commission of Ontario Sound Business Practices.

Before joining UCU, Diane worked for 14 years at Toronto Dominion Bank. Her most recent position was Assistant Manager, Credit Services, overseeing management of the personal credit portfolio.
