U-Touch Telephone Banking

Our bilingual English-Ukrainian voice response telephone system provides you with 24 hour access to your balances and transaction history, and allows you to perform daily transactions. To access U-Touch, you will need a touch tone phone, your account number(s), and a personal identification number (PIN) that you select and are to keep confidential.   Your PIN for UCU Internet Banking or for ATM transactions can be the same or different, it’s your choice.

For access to U-Touch, in the Toronto area dial (416) 922-4407 or across Canada dial 1-800-461-0777. You will be presented with options to link with U-Touch or be transferred to a live operator in our Call Centre. For U-Touch, please press 1 – it will just take a few moments to connect you. Pre-recorded prompts will guide you throughout, if you require additional assistance our call centre is there to assist.

Instructions for signing into U-Touch:

After you sign in to Converge, our new interactive audio response banking system, and reset your password, you will be asked to enter your account number followed by # and your new password followed by #.
Please note if you have multiple accounts under your name,
a) in U-Touch there is only one sign in for all the accounts under your name INCLUDING ucublu™
b) the number you enter when prompted to enter your account number should be the lowest one of all the accounts under your name
c) you will prompted at different points of the call tree to select from one of the multiple accounts you want to transact on by phone
d) once you sign in, and choose what you want to do, you can BY-PASS listening to the listing of all your accounts – just enter the six digits of the account you want to deal with and press #

Once you have identified the sub-account you want within the function you
want, you can BY-PASS listening to the listing of all your sub-accounts.
Once you become acquainted with the numbers Converge generates to
correspond to your sub-accounts, just enter the corresponding number for
the sub-account you want.
