This Giving Tuesday, UCU Will Match Total Donations up to $15,000.
Toronto, December 02, 2025 – This Giving Tuesday, Ukrainian Credit Union Limited (UCU) is proud to stand with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress in support of the next generation of community leaders.
UCU will match total donations to the UCC Youth Ambassadors Program up to $15,000.
The Youth Ambassadors Program is an eight-month national leadership initiative that builds practical skills, policy awareness and empowers young people to take on projects that address local community needs.
For more than 80 years, UCU has supported programs that strengthen leadership, culture and community across Canada.
This past year, UCU supported more than 150 organizations through donations, scholarships and sponsorships. Since 2018, UCU has provided more than $6.25 million to cultural, educational, humanitarian and community initiatives. UCU has also supported the UCC Giving Tuesday campaign since 2020, contributing more than $100,000 in matching funds that directly benefit our community.

Donations eligible for UCU’s matching are individual, unrestricted, one-time donations made on December 2, 2025 to the Giving Tuesday UCC Youth Ambassador’s Program administered by UCC Charitable & Educational Trust. UCU’s maximum total matching donation for all eligible donations is CAD $15,000.00. Tax receipts for eligible donations will be issued by UCC Charitable & Educational Trust for the original amount of the charitable donation by the donor, not the matching amount.
