Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance Notice

Interac has scheduled maintenance to their e-Transfer systems. Traffic will be suspended temporarily during this maintenance work.

Expect a 4-hour service interruption for e-Transfers from approximately 2:00 am EST to 6:00 am EST on Sunday April 19.

Impact During Change:

All e-Transfer traffic will be paused for approximately 60 minutes between 4:00 am EST and 5:00 am ET.

During this window:

• Interac e‑Transfer payment attended deposit links will not be accessible.
• All e‑Transfer services will be unavailable.
• Customers will not receive email or SMS notifications. All notifications will be automatically processed after.

Interac may extend the downtime up to 1 hour if required.
