UCU Corporate Management

Joseph Felicitas , Information Technology Manager, joined UCU in March 1997. He is a computer professional with more than fifteen years of experience in computer networking technology and management. Responsible for strategic technology management for the credit union including core banking systems, network technology and support services, information systems development and reporting, information security, and e-services (internet, mobile ATM, cards.)

Prior to joining UCU, Joseph worked for five years with the Standard Chartered Bank of Dubai-U.A.E. He holds a Master in Computer Science degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from St. Joseph College, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in Physics.  He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has completed numerous courses in Internet & Intranet Security, Windows Security, Web Security, and Firewalls.
