UCU Corporate Management

Lana Rudenko, Retail Credit Manager, has been with UCU since 1997. She joined the company as a part-time Member Service Representative while she was completing her Batchelor Degree at York University. After graduation, Lana managed several of UCU branches and in 2012 became the Retail Credit Manager. Lana manages the credit union’s retail portfolio and supervises the lending of the credit union’s lenders and branch managers.

Lana holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics. In 2001 she completed the Retail Credit Management Program and in 2014 Commercial Lending Program at the Professional Credit Granting School at Wilfred Laurier University.

In her spare time Lana enjoys singing and volunteering her time at her church in the capacity of treasurer and worship leader.
