Near Real-Time Money Transfer
Send money to family and friends in Ukraine with quick delivery. Transfers must be completed in-branch. This service is not available online. Exchange rates may apply.2

- Receiving: Direct deposit to recipient’s bank account, debit, or credit card.3
- Transfer Limits: Send up to UAH 399,999 per month. Transfers in US dollars, exchange rates apply.2

Online Global Money Transfers
Send money to Ukraine online through UCU Online Banking and the UCU Mobile App to over 160 countries.6 This service is available online only and not in-branch. Exchange rates will apply.1

Send money to over 200 countries1 for cash pickup at Western Union Agent locations, or direct deposit to a bank account, debit or credit card, or mobile wallet. In-branch service only, not available online. Exchange rates will apply.8

02If you are sending funds in a currency different from that of your account, you will be purchasing the foreign currency from UCU at an exchange rate determined by UCU at the time of the transaction. Exchange rates are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may be charged by intermediary or receiving banks, and these fees may be deducted from the transferred amount. UCU is not responsible for any such charges imposed by other financial institutions.
03Near real-time transfers means delivery of funds on the same day the transaction is completed, provided that the recipient holds an existing account at PrivatBank (Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank “PrivatBank” of Dnipro, Ukraine). Actual transfer delivery times may vary and are subject to applicable processing schedules, recipient bank availability, anti-money laundering and fraud monitoring procedures, and may be further impacted by weekends, statutory holidays, or other circumstances beyond UCU’s control.
04Service timing and funds availability depends on certain factors including the Service selected, the selection of delayed delivery options, special terms applicable to each Service, amount sent, destination country, currency availability, regulatory issues, consumer protection issues, identification requirements, delivery restrictions, agent location hours, and differences in time zones.

06Estimated delivery times may vary and will be displayed to you at the time of transaction. Transfer may be delayed, rejected, frozen or held due to regulations, policies and/or laws. Actual timing for funds availability varies by method of payment selected and depends on various factors, including regulations in the destination country, recipient’s financial institution, currency, amount of transfer, fraud screening in destination country and/or any other reason beyond the control of Ukrainian Credit Union Limited.
