Are e-statements the same as paper statements?
E-statements are identical to the paper statements you currently receive. However, they offer you more value, convenience and security with benefits such as anytime/anywhere access to current and archived statements (up to two years back).
How do I sign up?
It's easy. You don't even have to sign up, e-statements have been automatically available to all members as of July 15, 2011.
Will I keep getting my paper statement?
We will cease to send out paper statements as of September 1, 2012 to all accounts that have online banking access. If you do not have online access, you will continue to receive paper statements for the time being. However, we encourage you to sign up for online access. Not only is online banking safe and conveneint, but you will also help us reduce the amount of paper we waste on a monthly basis sending out statements which many members tell us they don't read away.
How do I view my e-statement?
Your monthly e-statements are available to view from your online banking account. You simply log in, click the link and you will see your statement which you can download and save if you want to.
