Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password or want to change it for security reasons, you can reset it using the UCU Mobile App or Online Banking. Follow the steps below to get back into your account quickly and securely.
To reset a password online, you must the following criteria:
- Have the last three (3) digits of your SIN on DNA (this is required for identity verification)
- 2‑Step Verification (2SV) enabled (If 2SV is locked or the member is inactive/dormant, contact UCU for assistance)
Step 1: Navigate to Online Banking
Login page and click on Forgot Password?

Step 2: Verification
Enter your Login ID and last 3 digits of your SIN.

Step 3: Two-Step verification
Enter your verification code.

Step 4: Password Reset screen
Enter your new password.

Step 5: Success Page
Click on Go to Login to login to your Online Banking using the new password.
