Get Started with Mobile Banking

What you need before you start:

• A UCU debit or credit card
• An email address
• Your smartphone (Apple or Android)

Step 1: Download the UCU Mobile Banking App

• On your phone, open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
• Search for “UCU Mobile Banking”.
• Tap Download or Install.

Step 2. Open the App

• Once installed, tap the app icon to launch it.

Step 3. Sign Up / Register

• Tap “Register” on the home screen.
• Enter your debit/credit card number and email address.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity.

Step 4. Create Your Password

• Choose a secure password that meets the requirements.
• Confirm your password and tap Continue.

Step 5. Log In

• Enter your email and new password.
• You’re now ready to use mobile banking.
