Mask Policy - In effect July 7, 2020
Due to the evolving provincial and municipal rules around physical distancing, Ukrainian Credit Union Limited is putting into place a new policy on masks and face coverings effective July 7, 2020.
We are committed to keeping our members and staff safe and healthy as we fight the spread of COVID-19 and do our part to stop this pandemic.
New Mask Policy
As of July 7 2020, we will require all employees, members and visitors to wear masks or other face coverings while inside one of our facilities.
We will have a supply of masks on hand for visitors who do not have their own face covering. We also encourage visitors to use their own masks.
Physical Distancing Rules Remain in Effect
In addition to the new requirement to wear a mask or face covering while at UCU branch, we will continue to limit the number of members who can be within a branch at one time. The number will vary according to the space available within each branch. If capacity is reached, staff will ask members to wait outside until they can safely enter the branch.
Once inside the branch, we ask that members maintain a proper distance of at least 2 metres between themselves and other individuals.
We ask our members to continue conducting as much business as possible using means other than coming to the branch (link to list of options). If you need help with accessing our services remotely please call your local branch or our Call Centre and they will gladly help you out.
If you are sick, or if you think you might have been exposed to COVID-19, or if you have travelled outside of the country in the past 14 days, please do not come to the branch unless you are sure you are not infected.
