UCU has been taking measures to help protect our staff and members from infection, and to assure the proper operations of your credit union.
We look to you as a member to do your part as well. If you have travelled or been in contact with anyone who has travelled in the past two weeks, or have a cough or fever, please avoid coming to visit us in person.
Instead, if you are not signed up for or cannot use our online banking channel or mobile app, please call the call centre at 416-922-4407 or 1-800-461-0777, email us at email@example.com, or call your branch to process your transaction.
If you are not currently subscribed to online banking or our mobile app, we encourage you to call your branch or call centre and we can set this up for you.
Should you, your family, or your business encounter financial hardship due to the pandemic, please contact us to see what we can do to assist you with your loan payments or other financial needs.
