Interac e-Transfer®
Interac e-Transfer® is Canada’s most popular form of electronic money transfer. If you have an email address or mobile number and a Canadian bank account, it allows you to send and receive money anytime, anywhere from your computer, smartphone or tablet.
Send Money
To send money you will need the recipient’s email, phone number or account details. Upon sending, the recipient is typically notified via email or text. Once completed, the Interac e-Transfer securely transfers the money using established banking procedures.
Autodeposit
Autodeposit is a feature that makes receiving money easier. It connects your email to your chosen bank account so that when someone sends you money through Interac e-Transfer, it automatically goes into your account.
