How do I sign up for mobile banking for smart phones?

You need to have access to Ukrainian Home Banking and must have logged into it at least once prior to using Mobile Web Banking. Once you have logged in from a desktop computer, simply visit mUCU Mobile (for regular members) or mUCUublu Mobile (for ucublu members) from your smart phone browser.
