I agree to the following: The recipient must be prepared to honor the commitment to produce a minimum of 1 article per month (12 in total) set as a requirement of this award. The editorial staff and the editorial committee of The New Pathway will work with the recipient to develop story ideas, set deadlines and to ensure the articles are of good quality. The recipient is free to contribute more articles to The New Pathway if they wish as part of this fellowship agreement. Publication of the articles will be at the sole discretion of the editorial staff of The New Pathway and the recipient will not be permitted to accept additional compensation from The New Pathway during the term of this Fellowship. At the conclusion of the Fellowship term (one year from the date awarded) the recipient may continue to contribute to The New Pathway under terms that he or she negotiates with the editorial staff of The New Pathway.

By applying for the UCU scholarship, I express my consent for UKRAINIAN CREDIT UNION LIMITED to collect my personal information, which will be used for evaluation purposes in the selection process. Should I be awarded a scholarship, I give my consent to UKRAINIAN CREDIT UNION LIMITED to publicize the biographical information and my picture in UCU’s annual report, brochures, in media announcements and during UCU’s Annual General Meeting, etc. Personal information of the applicants collected during the application on process will be stored in compliance with the Privacy Act in UCU’s archives for three years.
