Interactive Teller Machine – ATM with a live video chat.

The Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) is our new ATM that allows you to interact with one of our Contact Centre Member Specialists through a live video conference.

It combines the full range of services provided by our ATMs with personal, real-time advice from one of our trained Contact Centre staff.

Through our ITMs, you can interact one-on-one via live video chat and perform many of the transactions you normally do inside one of our branches.

You can use an ITM for:

• Deposits – cash or cheques
• Withdrawals – up to $2,000
• Bill Payments
• Transfer money between UCU Accounts
• Book appointments
• General inquiries
