Peter Malajczuk is a finance executive whose progressive career includes both finance and operational responsibility in the telecommunications industry. As vice president, with the Network, Field Services, Information Technology, and Corporate Group Business Units at Bell Canada Enterprises (BCE), he managed over 130 professional staff and four billion dollars in expenditure.

At BCE subsidiary Expertech, he was a member of the Audit Committee and the Expertech Board, orchestrated a financial clean-up, refocused the financial team on rigorous business analysis, and performed an overall financial turnaround. Peter is a collaborative leader with a strong partnering orientation and significant expertise in strategic planning, operational finance, project management, and risk management.

He is a detail-oriented consensus builder who welcomes challenges and believes in fairness, transparency and consultation. He believes that understanding our origins and heritage helps us to fully understand ourselves and others. It is important to him that our future generations are given opportunities to learn, understand, and experience Ukrainian culture.

Peter graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in commerce, which he supplemented with advanced training in strategic marketing and training in acquisitions and divestitures. He is a parishioner of St. Volodymyr Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral and a member of the Ukrainian Credit Union for over 30 years.
